Comedienne Yvette Wilson Succumbs To Cancer

We are deeply saddened to report actress and comedienne Yvette Wilson, best known for her role as Andell Wilkerson on Moesha & The Parkers, has succumbed to cancer. She was 48.
Comedienne Yvette Wilson passes away
According to sources, she passed away Thursday.
Wilson, was battling stage 4 cervical cancer. She also had experienced kidney failure, and kidney transplants among other things. Her cancer came back after an extended remission.
Jeffrey Pittle, a close friend and a stage 4 cancer survivor himself, created a website for Yvette to seek donations to assist with her care after the cancer came back aggressively.
Career
Wilson had also co-starred in Friday, House Party 2, and House Party 3, among other projects.
