What Is Your Opinion On Gay Christians?

what is your opinion of a gay Christian?

Hey A Questioning Mind,
I personally do not believe in religion. There’s too much room for error and confusion. How can a person have so much faith in something that is essentially man made? It’s sheerly people following the ideas and beliefs of someone else. People so easily forget about following their own beliefs.
I feel that as long as you have faith, spirituality and a understand that there is a greater power that is all you need.
As for a gay Christian… I have no opinion of it. That’s like saying what is my opinion of a Black christian. Sexuality is not a choice just as race is not a choice. You don’t choose to be gay just as you don’t choose to be straight so there is no opinion to be had.
I will say I find it very difficult as most religions look at people who are homosexual as sinners. Supposedly your’e not suppose to act on it. So I register that as pretending to be straight. And if you do that essential you are living a lie. And isn’t lying a sin?
There’s too many complications to that for me. And it it’s also a little twisted because the only person who’s suppose to judge is God so how is there so much flesh judging flesh in religion?
I guess over all I feel a person should follow their heart and if that is what makes them happy so be it!
