With heavy hearts we are sad to report Ahmad Givens known as Real from VH1’s Real Chance of Love has passed away after his long battle with cancer.
Ahmad Givens death details
According to TMZ, Real’s brother Chance told the website the reality star’s condition worsened after he took a fall in January. He was bedridden ever since.
Ahmad was having trouble with vision and speech Friday night during a family visit and they had a feeling the end was near. He passed away hours later. He was 33 years old.
As previous reported, Ahmad was battling Stage 4 colon cancer and was going through a series of treatment to fight against the disease.
“Bye to my favorite guy in this whole world — be in peace,” Chance wrote on Instagram, along with a photo of himself in tears. “We love you forever bro. I’ll see you one day soon — we shall dance again in God’s kingdom forever and ever, bro. Words can’t describe my pain — world, pray for me!”

Born in South Los Angeles, CA, Ahmad Givens, a rapper in the group Stallionaires, appeared along with his brother Chance on the VH1 reality show “I Love New York’.
After losing on the dating show, the brothers got their own spin off show entitled Real Chance of Love which ran in 2008 and 2009. They later starred on VH1’s reality series Real and Chance: The Legend Hunters.
