Baltimore City police is asking for the public’s help in finding a well-respected community leader.
Not only is his family concerned of his whereabouts, but the greater community he serves is also uneasy about this news and is continuously sharing his flyer to help bring him home.
Rodney Carr, 50, was last seen on December 27 in the iCARRe Resource Center near W North Ave.
Carr is the founder of the iCARRe Foundation which provides support services, mentorship and workshops to the Baltimore community.
Sarah Wallace, the resource center’s director and Carr’s second in command, said he was last seen around 5 p.m. after dropping off a holiday gift basket for a neighborhood family. She received a text from Carr at 9:30 p.m. about a report he wanted her to prepare the next day.
And then all communication ceased.
Anyone who has seen either the car or the 5′10″, 230-pound bald, bespectacled man is encouraged to call search organizers at 443-360-7707 or 443-506-7905.
