Police in Delaware issue Gold Alert for missing woman

The Wilmington Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for 31-year-old Ahlea Freeman and is asking the public for assistance.

Wilmington Police have issued an urgent Gold Alert for Ahlea Freeman, a former resident of West Orange, NJ, who has been missing for almost two months.

Authorities say the 31-year-old moved to Wilmington, Delaware, and went missing on Oct. 1.

Her mother last heard from her on Sept. 23 via text.

Her mother, relatives, friends, and community activists held a press conference at West Orange High School to spread the word about Ahlea. She was last seen in the 100 block of West 10th Street.

Ahlea Freeman Description

Freeman is 5’6” tall and approximately 123 pounds. She obtained her undergraduate and master’s degrees at Felician College in NJ.

Police have issued a Gold Alert

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Ahlea Freeman is asked to contact the Wilmington Police Department at (302) 654-5151.
