When the announcement was made Monday evening that the grand jury will not indict Officer Darren Wilson on charges of shooting 18-year-old Michael Brown to death, immediately people began to emerge on the streets to voice their anger.
After 100 days of evidence and testimony, the grand jury decided not to prosecute Wilson, even on the lesser charge of manslaughter.
