According to a report by E! News, Whitney Houston’s death is expected to be ruled as an accident.

E! News, learned from an unnamed source with knowledge of the case, that Houston’s death on February 11th, 2012 will be ruled accidental.

There have been many speculations surrounding Houston’s death, including possibly being a murder or suicide. However, the Houston family has always felt otherwise.

The singer’s family always believed her death was accidental and was not a result of deliberate action taken by Houston—or anyone else, according to the insider.

The cause of death has temporarily been listed as “deferred” until official toxicology are complete.

The investigation has found nothing “suspicious” in regards to Houston’s untimely death.

Houston was in the midst, of what I call a come through – never a come back. She had recently filmed the movie Sparkle, which will be in theaters later this year.

Houston was to attend and perform at the Clive Davis’ Pre-Grammy Event before she died in her hotel room bathtub.

One week after Whitney Houston’s death, a home going service was held for the pop icon at her childhood church in Newark, NJ.

She was laid to rest beside her father in Westfield, NJ.
