Scheduled for noon to 9 p.m. each day, AFRAM is accepting applications for its community row, where nonprofit organizations, community associations, religious groups and city or state agencies can set up informational booths during the festival.
The deadline to apply is May 31.
Last year, Busta Rhymes and Morris Day headlined the event with performances by Mya, Big Daddy Kane, October London, and Alex Isley.
