MATAANO S/S 2012
An explosion of vibrant colors and tropical prints ruled the Spring / Summer 2012 runway. I was particularly taken back, considering I was born in the islands. This collection took me back to a more laid back ‘island’ lifestyle, when people took the time to admire the flora all around and take time out of their day to enjoy the environment and the people- this collection exemplifies such an ease in life. Mataano’s pallette this season simply brings a smile to one’s face.
