The social media influencer was found deceased in her bed following a date with a man she met on the dating app Bumble.
The announcement comes after Smith-Fields family claims racial insensitivity by the Bridgeport police department and announced their plans to sue.
Smith-Fields died December 12th, following a Bumble date with an older white man.
