Star Jones named new editor at Uptown Magazine
Star Jones has been named Editor-at-Large at Uptown Magazine. The lawyer and former co-host of The View, will make her editorial debut in the “Wedding and Travel” issue, which hits newsstands January 20th.

The lawyer and former co-host of The View, will make her editorial debut in the “Wedding and Travel” issue, which hits newsstands January 20th.
“As an accomplished attorney and television personality, Star represents Uptown’s readers and will bring added ‘star power’ to our consumers,” said Editor-in-Chief Keija Minor.

The 48-year-old will contribute a regular column in the magzine, along with writing political, entertainment, celebrity stories, and provide some features for the Uptown Website.
Uptown is published eight times a year as it describes itself as “the only luxury lifestyle publication for affluent African Americans.”
