A study of 2,000 fashion conscious men concluded male skinny jeans wearers are at more risk to testicular problems. The study showed, tight-fitting jeans around the groin area can put additional pressure on the bladder.
They can also lead to urinary tract infections, which increase the need to urinate and cause severe pain, says the study.
The study by TENA Men found that one in 50 men risk their long-term testicle and bladder health by squeezing them into super-slim jeans in the name of fashion.
Tight and skinny jeans around the groin area can put additional pressure on the bladder.
Expert, Dr. Hillary goes on to say:
“When tight trousers prevent the spermatic cord from moving freely, meaning it twists and leads to testicular torsion which cuts off the blood supply requiring immediate surgery to prevent a gangrenous testicle.”
