Memoirs of a Starving Artist Showcase

Unheard Voices is looking for performers for MOASA 2015.

MOASA is an annual showcase that is held in NYC. It is an independent production that focuses on independent businesses, performers and artists. 100% percent of the funding for this project comes directly from the team, Rude T.ee V.ee Productions LLC.

MOASA will be only picking five of the best performers this year and Unheard Voices has the opportunity to choose one. Here’s where you the artists who have been for asking for opportunities come in.

*Why MOASA? :*

The purpose in this project is to give artist opportunity and a little leverage. We look for the best of the best who are over looked and under appreciated and give them a chance to be heard. We do not hold physical auditions. We never have. What we do is allow artist to submit their best work and we hand pick who will be apart of the lineup every year.

*How are artist selected? :*

The selection process is based on professionalism, stage presence, content and social media activity. We want beast to hit ourstage. Nothing more and nothing less! Every artist needs to be able to be dedicated to this event!

*Why are you doing this? :*

We do this because we know its hard as an artist. We know getting the things needed to promote yourself cost SO much. We do it because we understand what it feels like to be so amazing but overlooked.
