  1. Why Entrepreneurship is Important and How You Got Started:
Entrepreneurship is important to me because it allows me the freedom
to take risks and to be creative. Knowing that others are happy from
the results of my work, brings me great joy!

Many years ago, I made a few gift baskets for my coworkers for Valentine’s Day. And a manager saw them and said he would pay me to make one for his daughters birthday.

After people saw what I’d done with his,I got more orders. And that became the birth of “Tonia’s Party Accessories,” because I was into crafts and gift baskets.

Over time I went back and forth with the baskets. Later I changed the name
to Tonia’s Basket Faze.

I used “Faze” instead of “Phase” because it looked appealing to “ME” and not so much of the name having the correct meaning.{Although during the time I kept saying, “Oh this is a phase I’m going through, it will be another adventure later on}. But many years later TBFaze is still here. And I still love knowing my clients are very satisfied with their purchase and the receivers are just as happy.
