Greg Halman murdered
His own brother was arrested for the murder, police said.
Police officers were called to the home in the Dutch port city early Monday morning and found Halman bleeding from a stab wound, said police spokeswoman Patricia Wessels.
The officers attempted to resuscitate Halman, however was unsuccessful.
Wessels said the officers arrested the 22-year-old brother but declined to give his name according to Dutch privacy rules.
