Prosecution Failure: No Justice For Trayvon Martin
Who would have ever believed that in the world we live a man can gun down a child basically in cold blood and get away with it despite world wide media attention. With the verdict being read, George Zimmerman is now a free man and the jaws of the sensible in America remain wide open. What happened to justice in America?

No justice for Trayvon Martin
With the verdict being read, George Zimmerman is now a free man and the jaws of the sensible in America remain wide open. What happened to justice in America?
I’ll tell you what happened. In a high profile case such as this the prosecution normally would put their best prosecutor on the case. Such was not the case in this situation. They fumbled the ball on the goal line and no one even attempted to recover it.
Forget the teary eyed heart felt closing arguments, there are a few things that even a paralegal would have noticed that would have showed the jury that a guilty verdict was a must, such as the 911 tape.
It was determined that the voice screaming on the tape ceased when the first shot was fired. Now I may not be a scientist but if someone is screaming for help and a shot is fired and that voice stopped my assumption would be that the caller would have been questioned more in depth about whether or not the voice heard screaming was that of the victim or the shooter.
That point was never made. It was bad enough that the state called a medical examiner to the stand who couldn’t tell a heart attack from indigestion but the very people who were sworn to protect us took the stand boosted the credibility of the defendant. But this is nothing new in America. If you look you will see that justice is for everyone, just not us. We can point the finger and be angry all we want it will not change a thing.
Tomorrow the justice system will fail just us again.
There was no justice for Trayvon Martin.
