Michael Johnson, the man who’s been tried twice for the murder of teenager Phylicia Barnes, has been indicted again.

As reported by CBS Baltimore:

Michael Johnson walked free last month when a judge said there wasn’t sufficient evidence to try him a third time.

Barnes’ father tells WJZ Baltimore City State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby called to tell him about the new indictment.

Barnes disappeared in 2010 in Baltimore. Her body turned up months later.

Mosby is expected to make an official announcement Tuesday morning.
