Unheard Voices speaks to students in Ghana
A group of about 10 eager students from Ghana listened to a presentation by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Middle School student Kayla Byrd on American music and popular artists in Ghana.
After Byrd’s presentation, middle school student Kavon Peterson demonstrated a science experimentation on how to make a homemade lava lamp with the help of his science teacher Mr. Mason.
Last, Unheard Voices Founder, Keith Covin, and his daughter, Chenelle Covin – CEO/Editor-in-Chief- talked to the students in Ghana about Unheard Voices Magazine and the importance of black media.
The students were excited to learn about a media outlet for the voiceless, asking many enthusiastic questions to learn more about our expanding media company.
