Loc Journey: Ninth Month
This is where I find myself spiritually while embarking on my loc journey, and this month is nine months and counting.

Change is an inevitable process by which we as human beings go through, and that either evokes a difference or doesn’t. Only you can initiate the process by which you choose, and take in every aspect of the change you make.
I’ve noticed the changes in my long black strands of building blocks that are my locs. The bumps I find in some from when they were first formed, and the process by which I have to perform in order to have each strand uniform in the end. In this, I find the changes in which I find myself within the process and mentally, physically and spiritually taking it all within myself. As we age, we all make changes we are and aren’t aware of and it’s how you react to those changes that makes a difference.
I am a true Pisces to the 10th power and have found that as I get older my emotions are a big part of who I am. I’m driven by emotion, creativity, nature, organic matter, etc. I feel that as I near my one year loc anniversary, that the changes taking place will truly take on my true nature and who I’m supposed to be. There is a reason for always wanting to loc my hair all those YEARS ago.
I feel this was a process by which I was drawn to by a higher power, in order to unlock things within my spirit that have been held far too long.
I look for that day to be a day of spiritual completeness within my body and soul.
