DONALD TRUMP VS HILLARY CLINTON
During an international session, Mr. Wronko showed his students and the students from Ghana one of the debates between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. Mr. Wronko asked that all students watch the debate and give a honest opinion who you think won.
While the debate was being shown, it appeared that all students did not favor Donald Trump because every time he spoke, many students from both sides agreed that he appeared to be very rude. However, this was not going to be the result. Once the debate was done, all students shared their opinion. Many felt that Donald Trump won the debate. They felt that Hillary Clinton needed to be more aggressive.
Many other students did feel that Hillary Clinton did win the debate but felt that she also needed to be more aggressive. In a student poll with Mr. Wronko students and the students from Ghana, the majority stated they would vote for Hillary Clinton. Regardless of the opinion of the debate, Hillary Clinton won this poll. In addition, Donald Trump had students that said they would vote for him because he appeared to be the stronger candidate.
This was very interesting session in which students were exposed to discussing politics on an international level. I felt all students were fair in their opinion. This was indeed a good learning experience for both sides.
