Show your Spirit Against Bullying
October 17th was national spirit day, a day to address the issue of bullying in our community and across the country.
October 17th was National Spirit Day, a day to address the issue of bullying in our community and across the country. We as people sometimes forget what we say and do to others has a very large affect.
National Spirit Day
Over 4,000 young people commit or attempt suicide a year more than 75% due to bullying. The words we say to others have a real affect on some people. Although you may believe that it is all fun and games, you never know how it will affect the other person.
We don’t know what others are going through in life half of the time. Also sometimes bullies hide behind the keys of a computer and believe that it’s some how different but it just more cowardly. We need to stop hurting others and start helping because at the end of the day we are all different. We all have problems and we all hurt. Stand up stop the violence, physical or verbal and start the love.
Show your spirit and say I’m better than bullying!
