Beverly Hills police say they have concluded its investigation and have found no indication a crime has been committed in the death of Whitney Houston.

Lt. Mark Ronsen said the determination was made after reviewing the singer’s full autopsy report, which stated her death was attributed to accidental drowning. Coroner’s officials ruled heart disease and cocaine use contributed to the 48-year-old singer’s death.

Houston died on February 11th, 2012 in a bathtub at the Beverly Hilton hotel on the eve of the Grammy Awards. Whitney was on the verge of a comeback as she just completed the movie, “Sparkle”, months before her death.

Lt. Ronsen extended his condolences to family and fans of the singer.
