Neptune and Asbury Park, NJ communities unite alongside the police for a community prayer.
Amidst the recent publicized police shootings of Alton Sterling & Philando Castile, and the tragedy in Dallas, Jersey Shore communities united alongside their respective police departments for a community prayer.
Jersey Shore communities unite with police
Neptune and Asbury Park, New Jersey prayed for peace, unity, education, employment, and for the safety for children & all within their communities.
Various speakers from community leaders, pastors, and police asked for peace, protection, and guidance especially for the youth of their local communities and beyond.
The goal of the community prayer, despite the recent tragedies around us, was to unite as a community as we all know, it will take a village to make a change.
