Police say an infant was killed when shots were fired into a Detroit home on Monday.

9-month-old killed in Detroit
Detroit Police Sgt. Gary Diaz says the 9-month-old was pronounced dead at a hospital, not long after the 4:30 a.m. incident.
Authorities say shell casing were found outside the home, and the shots could have been fired from a moving car. A witness told investigators a car sped away after the shooting.
No arrests have been made. Police have not released any further details surrounding the shooting.
