The family of Michael Brown has filed a civil lawsuit against the city of Ferguson.
Michael Brown’s family has filed a civil lawsuit reports the Washington Post. The 18-year-old was shot and killed last summer by Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson.
A grand jury decided not to indict Wilson in November, while the Justice Dept. concluded it found evidence corroborating Wilson’s account and cleared him of any federal civil rights violations.
The lawsuit was filed this morning.
