I Knew It! Something special about her, Kamala Harris
Back then I knew there was something special about Kamala Harris. She showed during the debate that she could take charge.

The below link was to an article I wrote after seeing Kamala Harris’ performance at one of the Democratic Debates.
Something special about Kamala Harris
Back then I knew there was something special about Kamala Harris.
She showed during the debate that she could take charge.
Harris was intelligent, had a lot of charisma, and a willingness for success.
Kamala Harris special history
History was made on August 11, 2020 when it was announced that Kamala Harris, my pick because of my past observations from that debate, would be the first female black candidate for the Vice Presidency of the United States.
Similar to August 11, 2020, history was made many times during U.S. history.
For instance, like August 11, 2020, we had in 1870 Hiram Revels from Mississippi and Joseph Rainey of South Carolina become the first African Americans to be elected to Congress. Thus, history was made during this time frame.
- Like August 11, 2020, we had history made in 1968 when Shirley Chisholm was the first black woman elected to serve Congress.
- Like August 11, 2020 we had Pinckney Benton Stewart Pinchback who became the first black governor of a state which was Louisiana. This took place December 9, 1872. Thus, history was made during this time frame.
- Like August 11, 2020 we had our first black president, Barack Obama who was sworn in January 20, 2009.
Thus, not only history was made but great unity in our country could be seen.
Now could Kamala Harris be remembered in history as not only being the first black woman Vice President but also the first black woman President. History could be made.
