Jordan Taylor was reported missing on Jan. 8, 2023.

Update: CUNY law student Jordan Taylor has been found and is reportedly deceased. His brother made an announcement on Facebook.
“With a heavy heart, we wish to acknowledge the pain and loss of my brother, Jordan.. He received his wings and his spirit will remain a permanent part of who we are. As we experience our grief, we will begin the process of healing. We will always cherish our memories of him……Rest in Power Osiris!!”.
Orginial story:
CUNY law student Jordan Taylor has been missing for nearly a month.
Jordan Taylor was reported missing Jan. 8
Taylor was last heard from on Jan. 6, 2023 and reported missing on Jan. 8, 2023.
His brother, Alton Taylor, told NBC New York by tracking Jordan’s phone, his last known location was The Q in Manhattan’s Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood in the early morning hours of Jan. 7, shortly before his phone and wallet were found in two different Manhattan locations. The phone was later found and dropped off at the 18th Precinct at West 54th Street.
“He was hanging for like three hours or so. So it’s kind of strange, like, I guess maybe meeting someone? We weren’t entirely sure at the time,” said Alton Taylor, Jordan’s brother.
He said it’s likely that Jordan went to the LGBTQ nightclub The Q — the same club where John Umberger met two men and was drugged, robbed and left for dead while visiting NYC.
Surveillance footage
Alton said the details surrounding Jordan’s disappearance coupled with the fact that none of his close friends have seen or heard from him in nearly a month — are a cause of concern.
Surveillance footage has turned up showing the 29-year-old walking slowly past the Goldman Sachs building in Lower Manhattan at 2:30 a.m. on Jan. 7.
“He was walking past the Goldman Sachs building, heading uptown,” the brother, Alton Taylor, told PIX11 News. “He didn’t have his coat on. He still had on his black and red argyle sweater and his white mask.”
What’s more strange is Taylor was last seen alive in Queens, leaving it a mystery as to whether his wallet and phone were on him, or if they were stolen.
Taylor had worked on the campaigns of current Lt. Gov. Anthony Delgado and Baltimore City Council President Nick Mosby.
Alton said the family had been a bit concerned about Jordan’s emotional health. Jordan was awaiting results of his final exams in December during his first semester as a law student at CUNY in Long Island City.
The Missing Persons Squad has taken over the case, according to the family. Alton Taylor said detectives told him they were trying to access the WhatsApp messenger on Jordan Taylor’s phone.
