Kitchen + Kocktails by Kevin Kelley to open 10,000‑square‑foot Times Square restaurant on Oct. 3

Kitchen + Kocktails by Kevin Kelley will open its first New York City location on Oct. 3 at 7 Times Square. The elevated Southern comfort food concept is known for its crafted kocktails and its signature “Welcome Home” hospitality.

The Times Square restaurant spans nearly 10,000 square feet and sits one block south of the New Year’s Eve ball drop.

Kitchen + Kocktails Founder Says New York Marks a Milestone

“Opening Kitchen + Kocktails by Kevin Kelley in New York is an incredible milestone for us,” founder Kevin Kelley said.

“Times Square gives us the opportunity to introduce our brand on one of the world’s biggest stages, but we’re building this restaurant for New York.”

Kelley said he wants guests from all five boroughs — and visitors from around the world — to feel like the restaurant belongs to them.

“That’s what ‘Welcome Home’ means to us,” he said.

Menu Highlights Southern Tradition and Bold Flavor

The New York location will feature Kitchen + Kocktails’ signature dishes, including:

A Fast‑Growing Brand Built Without Investors

Kitchen + Kocktails launched in Dallas in August 2020 and expanded to Chicago, Atlanta, Washington, D.C., Charlotte, Philadelphia and Miami within six years. The brand is solely owned by Kelley and operates without outside investors or a franchise model.

Boston will open later this year, and New Orleans will join the national footprint in late 2026.

Kevin Kelley’s Roots Trace Back to a Grandmother’s Kitchen

Kelley says he learned how to cook at age seven in Arkansas at his grandmother’s side. He says sge taught him that feeding people was a way to show they mattered — a lesson that shaped the brand’s identity.

He later found himself craving Southern cooking while working in Paris, an experience that helped inspire the concept and its focus on flavor, culture and welcome.

Restaurant Will Open Daily

Kitchen + Kocktails by Kevin Kelley will be open daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until midnight on Friday and Saturday.
