Cordell “Corey” Aarons Jr.’s family alleges their son was struck and killed by a drunk driver in Toms River, New Jersey on November 11, 2007 after walking home from his part-time job. Authorities have not confirmed the driver was under the influence.
Unheard Voices ran into the Aarons family at the Stop The Violence March in memory of Quiana Dees.
The parents of Cordell, Ann Aarons and Cordell Aarons Sr. talk about the incident that tragically took their son’s life.
Little media attention has been brought to the case. It seems as though, this matter might be getting swept under the rug in Toms River.
The family sspeaks out to get justice for their son.
