ST. CROIX, U.S. Virgin Islands (Nov. 10, 2025) — The U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Tourism, in partnership with the Division of Festivals, has announced the updated schedule and lineup for the 2025-2026 Crucian Christmas Festival Village. The week-long celebration begins December 27 and promises vibrant performances, cultural traditions, and unforgettable experiences for locals, diaspora, and visitors.

Crucian Christmas Festival Lineup Highlights

  • Kes the Band, Voice, Pumpa, Romain Virgo, Adam O, Morgan Heritage, and D’Yani headline the Festival Village.
  •  The Village honors St. Croix’s legendary calypso group Xpress Band, spotlighting Caribbean music and cultural heritage.
  • Homegrown stars Nikki Brooks, Adam O, and Pumpa return to showcase Virgin Islands talent on the international stage.

J’ouvert and Food Fair

At sunrise on December 31, J’ouvert morning will ignite the streets with revelry. The celebration culminates near Buddhoe Park Bandstand, where the Food Fair highlights authentic flavors and culinary traditions.

Cultural Legacy and Tributes

A special tribute to Unkle Sasso, Virgin Islands Bass Rhythm and Melody pioneer, will take place during the Soca Monarch competition on December 29. The event honors his enduring influence on Virgin Islands music.

Crucian Christmas Festival Closing Parade and Concert

Following the Adults Parade on January 3, international soca powerhouse Kes the Band will deliver a high-energy finale. Fans can expect favorites like Hello, Cocoa Tea, Wotless, and Savannah Grass.

Commissioner-Nominee of Tourism Jennifer Matarangas-King said, “The Crucian Christmas Festival continues to be one of our most cherished cultural celebrations. This year’s lineup unites local talent, regional stars, and international performers, offering an unforgettable showcase of our culture, music, and community.”
