Federal authorities are investigating a string of arsons in Georgia, as a potential hate crime.
29-year-old Jonathan Rinderknecht is suspected of starting the Pacific Palisades fire that killed 12 people and destroyed more than 6,000 homes in January.
Local authorities said hundreds of ballots were affected.
Laneisha Shantrice Henderson, 26, is charged with second-degree attempted arson and interference with government property, the Atlanta Police Department wrote in a press release.
Sabrina M. Dunigan, 34, was charged with five counts of endangering the life or health of a child.
At least six predominantly black churches in the Southern states have been damaged or destroyed by fire in the past week.
