Police seek your help in fatal hit and run accident in New Jersey
Police are seeking your help in finding the suspect responsible for the fatal hit and run accident that killed a 27-year-old Neptune resident.

Neptune, NJ – Neptune Township Police are seeking your help in finding the suspect and vehicle responsible for the fatal hit and run accident that killed 27-year-old Neptune resident, Clifton Hocutt.
On August 27th, Clifton Hocutt was crossing HWY 35 near Stratford Avenue when he was struck and killed.
Authorities say he was struck around 9:10 p.m. by a white Land Rover that left the scene.
Police said the driver is believed to be a man in his 20s or 30s, wearing a light-colored shirt and brown shorts.
Authorities say the white Land Rover may have possible front-end damage.
Neptune police are continuing to investigate the accident, along with the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office’s fatal motor vehicle accident team.
