Boukas’ apartment in St. Louis’ Academy neighborhood suffered severe damage, leaving it filled with dirt, debris, and airborne contaminants. Despite efforts to clean the space, lingering fiberglass and asbestos from nearby demolished structures have made it unsafe for her and her son, who both have preexisting health conditions.
Flavor Flav shared their story on X, spreading the word about their need for help and encouraging donations to assist displaced families. His support has drawn attention to the ongoing struggles faced by tornado survivors and the urgent need for relief efforts.
