Chicago police are investigating a picture a girl shown tied up, bound, with her mouth, arms, and legs covered in duck tape.
Chicago police are investigating a picture a girl shown tied up, bound, with her mouth, arms, and legs covered in duck tape.
According to police Andre Curr, 21, uploaded the picture to Facebook with the caption “This is wut happens wen my baby hits me back. ;). ”
Curry has not been arrested, according to Chicago police. Child protective services is looking into the situation.
