Adrian Tonge missing Details
Police say the child was taken by Brett Tonge earlier today from Westfield Ave. in Elizabeth.
Tonge was last seen wearing a green jacket, beige shirt, and blue jeans.
The suspect was last seen wearing a black leather jacket, blue jeans and black boots.
