NYPD officer who shot and killed Ramarley Graham charged manslaughter
A NYPD officer who shot an unarmed Bronx teenager, has been charged with manslaughter.

Richard Haste, the NYPD officer who shot an unarmed Bronx teenager Ramarley Graham, has been charged with manslaughter.
According to New York NBC , NYPD Officer Haste is being charged with first-degree manslaughter. He is expected to turn himself in on Wednesday.
Surveillance video shows Graham entering his home and police running after him. Police said officers witnessed a drug transaction and pursued the teen.
They went in and found Graham in the second-floor bathroom, and ended up shooting him in the chest. He died shortly afterward.
Graham was unarmed when he was shot.
Officers involved in the matter were stripped of their guns and assigned to desk duty.
