Black Girl Ventures

In addition to honoring these incredible voices with #BlackTikTok , TikTok is continuing to invest in initiatives that uplift, empower and level the playing field for Black entrepreneurs. This year, in collaboration with Black Girl Ventures, TikTok and BGV are launching SOAR Together 2025, a business accelerator program. Through this initiative, TikTok and BGV will select and invite 20 Black-owned businesses to participate in a 6-week mentorship experience, expert coaching, and access to TikTok Shop resources.

“This initiative builds on our $1 million investment this past year to help Black Girl Ventures expand access to capital for Black and Brown entrepreneurs. These efforts are part of TikTok’s broader commitment to drive long-term impact within the Black community, and we’re excited to see the next generation of Black entrepreneurs flourish.”

Celebrating Black Voices on TikTok and beyond for Black History Month #BlackTikTok

TikTok will honor the boundless impact of their #BlackTikTok community, with in-app programming efforts, offline with IRL event moments and community experiences around the U.S., and more.

The social media app will also include a special #ShopBlackOwned series, amplifying Black-owned brands who thrive on TikTok.
