According to the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office, the 29‑year‑old violated the terms of her supervised release.
PORTLAND, Ore. — Angelina Minor, a Portland mother who pled guilty in a DUII crash that killed her 4‑year‑old son, has disappeared while awaiting sentencing.
Multnomah County officials are now asking for the public’s help in locating her.
Felony Warrant Issued For Portland, Oregon Mom Angelina Minor
According to the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office, the 29‑year‑old violated the terms of her supervised release. Therefore, a felony warrant has been issued for her arrest, according to a statement.
Her last known address was in North Portland. Authorities urge anyone who sees her to contact Portland police.
Portland Crash Began With Hit‑and‑Run, Ended in Head‑On Collision
The fatal crash happened on March 20, 2024, around 9 p.m. The Portland Police Bureau say Minor first struck a red Scion XB near North Lombard Street and North Richmond Avenue. Although no one was hurt, she allegedly fled the scene.
The other driver followed her. Soon after, police say Minor crossed a median on North Fessenden Street and drove into oncoming traffic. Moments later, she hit a silver Tesla Model S head‑on near North Mohawk Avenue.
Child Found Unconscious and Later Died
Officers found 4‑year‑old Kingston Coston unconscious in the back seat. Bystanders performed CPR until paramedics arrived. Although he was rushed to a hospital, he later died.
Minor’s 3‑year‑old daughter, her adult male passenger, and his 4‑year‑old daughter were also hospitalized with non‑life‑threatening injuries. The Tesla driver declined ambulance transport.
Investigators Cite Angelina Minor’s Alleged Extreme Intoxication and Speed
The Traffic Investigations Unit determined that Minor was drunk and speeding. Court documents show her blood alcohol level was 0.38, more than four times the legal limit, per KATU.
Minor was booked on first‑degree manslaughter, third‑degree assault, DUII, reckless driving, failure to perform the duties of a driver, and three counts of reckless endangerment.
Portland mom Angelina Minor Pled in DUI crash
Minor later pled guilty in September 2025 to manslaughter and 14 related charges, per court records. She was scheduled for sentencing in late January 2026.
Her sentencing was delayed until early 2026 because she was pregnant, KATU reported, adding that it’s unclear if she was still pregnant or has had the baby.
She is now missing.
Community Mourned Young Kingston
A GoFundMe created for Kingston’s funeral said his death left “a void that can never be filled.”
“He loved Spider-Man, riding his bike, and having fun with his cousins, grandma, uncles & aunt, and his little sister Ra’Nya,” the fundraiser reads.
