Kevin Cheatham Players presents … “Dirty Laundry The Sitcom”

In a joint effort with Unheard Voices Networks, Kevin Cheatham Players presents a new sitcom called Dirty Laundry.

Directed by Kevin Cheatham, Dirty Laundry is a hilarious series that will have you rolling out your seats.

Dirty Laundry The Sitcom

This sitcom surrounds itself around Mr. Daniels, played by Keith Covin, a retired computer scientist and college professor who opens up a laundromat in the local neighborhood.

Characters

He feels great about opening up his own place of business but he faces the typical problems of a greedy family member, “CeCe” (played by Christa Robinson), who can smell money from a mile away. She will do literally anything as long as she receives a pay day.

Mr. Daniel’s close cousin Barbara, played by Diane Meade Gibbs, has the sharp ability to manage money but her down fall is that she sometimes falls asleep on the job. This drives Mr. Daniels crazy.

Dexter, played by Kodie Tillman, is an audio engineer. He becomes the sound and music of the laundromat. It is up to him to keep Mr. Daniels happy with music.

Marcos and Martin, played by Travis V. Whitaker, shows his remarkable talents and skills as he takes on twin roles which has Mr. Daniel flabbergasted and going crazy, to say the least.

The old man and crazy man are played by Will Nash.

Both his characters bring laughter and wisdom to the set. The old man knows just about everything in the neighborhood. He gives Mr. Daniels a lesson about the surrounding area of the Dirty Laundromat. He has to let Mr. Daniels know everything but he does it in such an annoying way.

Ruthie, played by Tom Keong, brings more laughter and drama to the set as she switches her way into the laundromat. She tries to convince Mr. Daniels to do things that he has never done before. She plays on Mr. Daniels vulnerability with tight dresses and red heels.

Dirty Laundry The Sitcom will premiere at the Adam Bucky James Center on September 16 at 6pm.
