Prosecutor David Walgreen, opened with a picture of Jackson’s lifeless body while describing negligence of Murray. Prosecution concentrated on the amount of propofol in Jackson’s system, which ultimately led to his untimely death. Murray personally ordered the drug for Jackson, which he had to delivered to his girlfriends home.
Two days after Jackon’s death, Murray willingly admitted giving nightly doses everyday for more than two months.
However, the defense of Murray, painted a very slightly different picture stating Jackon was the cause of his own demise.
Michael Jackson died when Dr. Murray stopped giving him Propofol” claiming Jackson died on “third day of this weaning process” and state that Jackson killed himself while Murray was out of the room.
