R&B singer & producer Ryan Leslie gave an empowering speech to Harlem kids at the 5th Annual Jet Awards Ceremony and Banquet at Eastwood Manor in the Bronx, NY.

The Harvard graduate turned producer & singer gave the youth encouragement and hope through his “I’m A Harlem Jet” Speech. It is great to see celebrities give back!
