In February Dunn was found guilty on three counts of attempted murder and one count of firing a gun into a car. The jury could not come to a consensus on the murder charge therefore Dunn was retried.
Prosecutors ascertained that Dunn fired his gun into the car filled with teenagers after a dispute over loud music.
Dunn said he shot in self-defense, stating he feared for his life after seeing a gun the group of teens had. A weapon that has never been recovered.
