Blacks In Technology Foundation announces Virtual Global Tech Conference for 2025
With a mission to empower and elevate Black technologists across the globe, the event is expected to draw thousands of participants for two days of learning, networking, and innovation.
The Blacks In Technology Foundation (BIT) has officially announced dates for its annual global tech convention, BITCON 2025, which will be held virtually from October 3–4.
With a mission to empower and elevate Black technologists across the globe, the event is expected to draw thousands of participants for two days of learning, networking, and innovation.
About BIT 2025
BIT—home to a growing community of more than 30,000 members across 70+ chapters in over 20 countries—is embracing a fully virtual format this year. Organizers say the approach is designed to expand access and increase participation from technologists who might otherwise face geographic or financial barriers.
BITCON 2025 Lineup
The 2025 lineup boasts an ambitious slate of programming, including keynote addresses from industry leaders, skill-building workshops, and targeted sessions in areas such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, engineering, project management, and emerging technologies. A virtual career fair and interactive VR experiences will round out the event, creating space for engagement and exploration across disciplines.
“The virtual format allows us to be truly global in scope and impact,” said organizers in a statement. “Our goal is to connect talent, amplify voices, and deliver access to opportunity on a scale that transforms the industry.”
Sponsorship and registration
BITCON 2025 is also opening doors for sponsors seeking to align with a forward-thinking community committed to innovation and inclusion. Sponsorship packages offer direct access to BIT’s global talent pool while supporting efforts to diversify tech leadership and opportunity.
Registration is now open, and early interest suggests BITCON 2025 will be the organization’s most expansive event to date.
