Chelsea Settles, MTV reality star, loses 116 pounds
Chelsea Settles has shed over 100 pounds and is ecstatic to share her new size with the world.
If you want to watch a positive reality television series, Chelsea Settles is the one to watch.
The show follows Settles, a young woman on her journey from small town USA to Los Angeles. The series documents the inspiring woman on finding herself, losing weight, taking care of her ailing mother, and trying to break into a cut throat fashion industry.
In her debut, the 24-year-old weighed in at 325 pounds.
Today, Chelsea Settles rang in the new year losing 116 pounds. She not only looks great but feels healthier. How did she do it?
She took on a more disciplined lifestyle that included a healthy high-protein diet with lots of vegetables. She also maintained an exercise regimen that targeted her problem areas.
I started to eat for the right reasons—for fuel—not because I was bored or emotional, “I’d never really believed I could change. But as soon as I visualized what I’d look like if I did and stopped making excuses, change happened”.
