Milwaukee boy, 7, found safe after Amber Alert
7-year-old Jamal White has been found.
7-year-old Jamal White, who was abducted at gunpoint, has been found.
Authorities issued an Amber Alert late Friday night, prompting a citywide search. Jamal was located the next day near 39th and Lloyd, according to family members. Police have not yet disclosed how he was found or whether any arrests have been made at the time of this posting.
Jamal’s aunt described the terrifying moment when masked men, all armed, targeted the boy as he returned from a nearby park with his father. “They weren’t after my brother,” she told local reporters. “They were after Jamal”.
The Amber Alert has since been canceled, and Jamal is now safe with his family. Authorities continue to investigate the incident.
