Frost described the encounter in a Saturday social media post and said the man screamed racist remarks as he ran away.

The assault happened shortly after midnight on Saturday at the High West Saloon in Park City, Utah.

Police Identify Suspect and Detail Forced Entry

Park City police said officers responded to the venue minutes after the report. Lt. Danielle Snelson identified the suspect as Christian Young and said he “unlawfully” entered the private event after being denied entry because he did not have an invitation.

According to police, Young assaulted Frost and a woman attending the gathering. Officers did not release a possible motive for the intrusion or the violence. They arrested Young nearby and booked him into the Summit County Jail on charges of aggravated burglary and two counts of simple assault.

Frost’s Background and Congressional Role

Frost’s family left Cuba for Florida in the early 1960s during a major wave of Cuban refugee resettlement, according to his website. He became the first member of Generation Z elected to Congress in 2022 at age 25 and represents Florida’s 10th District, which includes much of Orlando.
