Tupac to be inducted into the 2017 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame
Legendary rapper, actor, and activist Tupac Shakur will be inducted into the 2017 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame among other influential figures.
The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame will induct legendary rapper, actor, and activist Tupac Shakur in 2017.
Tupac will be inducted April 7th at the Barclay Center in New York. He joins other music legends such as Journey, Niles Rogers, Pearl Jam, and Joan Baez, among others.
The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame nominated Tupac for the prestigious honor this past October, making him just the sixth Hip-Hop artist named for induction. The Hall considers artists for induction only after they complete a 25-year career and pass a vote.
What an honor and it is much deserved.
