About the singer
Amy Winehouse quickly rose to fame in 2006 after releasing the album “Back to Black”.
Her blend of jazz, soul, rock, and classical rock would make the album a commercial hit. It won five Grammy’s, making Winehouse a household name. But her personal life, inflicted with drug abuse, alcohol abuse, eating disorders, and destructive relationships soon unfortunately out weighed her career.
