Marvel Studios Premieres ‘Captain America: Brave New World’ with Anthony Mackie as Captain America, Celebrating Excellence

Marvel Studios has released photos from the “Captain America: Brave New World” world premiere held in Hollywood.

Stars Anthony Mackie, Harrison Ford, Danny Ramirez, Shira Haas, Giancarlo Esposito, Tim Blake Nelson, Liv Tyler, Carl Lumbly and Xosha Roquemore were joined on the red carpet by director Julius Onah, producers Kevin Feige and Nate Moore, and executive producer Louis D’Esposito.

California Wildfires relief

As part of Disney’s commitment to supporting both immediate relief and long-term recovery efforts following the recent wildfires in Los Angeles County, first responders and their families were invited to attend the event.

Deeply connected to the greater Los Angeles area, The Walt Disney Company said they were honored to host and express its gratitude to these heroic first responders.

Last month, the company announced a $15 million commitment for immediate response and rebuilding efforts in the Los Angeles area.

Captain America: Brave New World plot

In “Captain America: Brave New World,” Sam Wilson finds himself in the middle of an international incident after meeting with newly elected U.S. President Thaddeus Ross. He must discover the reason behind a nefarious global plot before the true mastermind has the entire world seeing red.

Marvel Studios’ “Captain America: Brave New World” stars Anthony Mackie, Danny Ramirez, Shira Haas, Carl Lumbly, Xosha Roquemore, with Giancarlo Esposito, Liv Tyler, Tim Blake Nelson, and Harrison Ford.

The film is directed by Julius Onah and produced by Kevin Feige and Nate Moore. Louis D’Esposito and Charles Newirth serve as executive producers.

The screenplay is by Rob Edwards and Malcolm Spellman & Dalan Musson and Julius Onah & Peter Glanz with story by Rob Edwards and Malcolm Spellman & Dalan Musson.

“Captain America: Brave New World” opens in U.S. theaters on February 14, 2025.
