It’s been 21 years since the murder of Quiana Dees.
Quiana Dees was 12 years old when was found clinging to life from gunshot wounds in vacant lot in Asbury Park, NJ. The child would later succumb to her injuries.
Her mother, Penny Dees, fights for justice for her daughter by marching throughout the area of her last steps every year.
